CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 878 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ENACTING CITY CODE CHAPTER 214, <br />STORMWATER UTILITY <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The ordinance enacts City Code Chapter 214 to add a stormwater utility in order to <br />collect funds beginning January 1, 2024 to pay for all or part of the construction, <br />reconstruction, repair, expansion, improvement, acquisition, maintenance, operation, <br />administrations, and use of the stormwater utility as established by the City of Little <br />Canada. All revenues derived from the fee shall be credited to the appropriate stormwater <br />fund. The full text of Ordinance 878 is available for inspection at Little Canada City Hall <br />during regular business hours or online in the October 11, 2023 City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
