Name: Labore Road at Arcade Street Intersection Review <br />Date: August 29, 2023 <br />Page: 5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Traffic Operations <br />Based on the traffic count data shown in Table 2, an all-way stop is anticipated to operate acceptably at <br />this intersection with minimal delay or queuing. <br />Recommendation <br />An all-way stop is recommended for the intersection of Labore Rd and Arcade St. Although it is not <br />certain Criteria B is met based on the crash history, since there is a significant crash issue that was not <br />eliminated with sight line improvements, an all-way stop is recommended to increase intersection <br />safety. This traffic control is typical along the Labore Rd corridor and the intersection is anticipated to <br />operate with acceptable operations as an all-way stop.
