This <br />payment was budgeted in 2023, however this payment is anticipated to be paid in 2024 or 2025 at the <br />time of delivery of the asset. Additional facility improvements equal a total of $306,750 for a ten-year <br />period (2023 – 2032): <br />• 2025 – $250,500 – Efflorescence Remediation <br />• 2026 – $56,250 – Stair Tower Cracking <br /> <br /> <br />Fund Outlook: <br />The bellow graph assumes a continued property tax levy of $160,000 per year. As it can be noted <br />starting with year 2028 the City will need to identify additional revenues for the fire apparatus <br />purchases identified in the next ten years. The CIP includes two large purchases that are currently part <br />of the Fire Department Vehicle Replacement Schedule. In 2027, the Rescue/Utility Vehicles for $623,805 <br />and in 2028 the Pumper for $988,256. <br /> <br />10
