MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of <br />May, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />MAY 13, 2009 <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Adminish•ator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Kelly <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2009-5-97 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL 22, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />MICHAEL Mayor Blesener presented Michael Everson with a Certificate of <br />EVERSON Appointment to the Planning Commission. The entire Council welcomed <br />Everson and thanked him for his willingness to serve. <br />PUD Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider a Planned Unit <br />AMENDMENT- Development Amendment to allow installation of a new parking lot on the <br />177 COUNTY north side of the St. Jude Medical Woodridge Campus building located at <br />ROAD B - 177 County Road B. The Planning Commission recommended approval <br />ST. JUDE of the PUD Amendment subject to compliance with the recommendations <br />MEDICAL of the City Planner and the City Engineer. <br />
