MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 13, 2009 <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-5-98 - APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW INSTALLATION OF A <br />NEW PARKING LOT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ST. JUDE <br />MEDICAL WOODRIDGE CAMPUS BUILDING SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AND THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUD Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider a Planned Unit <br />AMENDMENT Development Amendment to allow the addition of a trash enclosure as <br />& REVOCATION well as consideration of Revocation of PUD Permits for Temo Sunrooms <br />OF PUD located at 2905 Country Drive. Blesener noted that the Planning <br />PERMITS - Commission tabled action on the PUD Amendment for the trash <br />2905 COUNTRY enclosure until their June meeting pending additional information. They <br />DRIVE - also recommended that the Council table action on the revocation <br />TEMO consideration to their June 22"d meeting. <br />SUNROOMS <br /> The City Planner reported that the applicant submitted a site plan that <br /> showed the location of the trash enclosure. The Planning Commission <br /> wanted architectural details to see what the enclosure will look like. They <br /> also made recommendations on design elements. <br />Keis asked about the location of the trash enclosure. The Planner noted <br />that it is proposed to be located in an area where there is a sidewalk. <br />Given that the trash enclosure will be attached to the building, the <br />sidewalk would have to be removed and footings installed. Keis noted the <br />discussion about putting a roof on the enclosure and indicated that he <br />would not insist on a roof. Blesener noted that the Planning Commission <br />will make recommendations on the specific details of the trash enclosm•e <br />for Council consideration. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-5-99 -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE PUD AMENDMENT RELATIVE TO TRASH <br />ENCLOSURE AND THE CONSIDERATION OF REVOCATION OF <br />PUD PERMITS FOR TEMO SUNROOMS UNTIL THE JUNE 22, <br />2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AT 7:30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />
