MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 13, 199j <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />February, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />ELECTION Upon motion by Carson, seconded by Knudsen, Gene <br />OF DeLonais was unanimously appointed as Chair of the <br />OFFICERS Planning Commission and John Keis was unanimously <br />appointed as Vice Chair. <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the December 12, 1996 <br />Planning Commission minutes, those minutes stood <br />approved as read. <br />BOSS LOT The City Planner reported that Mr. Dick Boss would <br />LINE like to purchase the property which abuts his northern <br />ADJUSTMENT property line. The additional land would be combined <br />with his lot at 57 E. Bryan Avenue. The Planner <br />pointed out that there is a small 8 foot by 12 foot <br />shed which straddles the property line between 57 and <br />65 Bryan Avenue. The shed would continue to straddle <br />the property line even after the lot line is adjusted <br />to accommodate the sale of a portion of the lot at 65 <br />Bryan Avenue to Mr. Boss.
