CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION, BY NEGOTIATION, OF <br />CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENTS <br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE COUNTRY DRIVE AND SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD <br />SIDEWALK PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A sidewalk extension is proposed along Country Drive and South Owasso Boulevard; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, <br /> <br />It is necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to acquire real property set out in Exhibit A <br />and Exhibit B attached hereto; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The property owner at 3001 Country Drive has requested reimbursement for incurred legal costs <br />for the proposed easement acquisition, in the not-to-exceed amount of $5,000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. It is necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to acquire the real property described <br />in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, attached hereto, for a roadway right-of-way easement associated <br />with the Country Drive and South Owasso Boulevard Sidewalk Project. <br /> <br />2. It is necessary to reimburse the property owner of 3001 Country Drive for incurred costs <br />associated with reviewing the proposed right-of-way easement associated with the Country Drive <br />and South Owasso Boulevard Sidewalk Project. <br /> <br />3. The City Administrator and City Attorney, or such other persons as necessary, are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute all necessary documents to acquire such real property. <br /> <br />4.
