CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RAMSEY COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 890 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 904, RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, CHAPTER 914 SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENT, AND 915 GENERAL DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby ordain: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Chapter 904 of the Little Canada Zoning Code by deleting and adding the following language: Chapter 904: Residential Districts Section 904.020 R-1, Low Density Residential District E. Dimensional Requirements Table 904-6: Garage Dimensions for 1-Unit Buildings Attached Garages Front Setback Side Yard Setback Rear Yard Setback Width Area (max) Height of Attached Garage Exterior Wall Height Driveway width at curb Same as the house setback 5 Same as the house setback 5 Same as the house setback 32 or 50% of the width of the entire building 768 10002 Not to exceed the height of the principal structure -- 18 1. If the garage is three stalls wide, the third stall must be set back an additional 2 feet. 2. 1,000 square feet or 100 percent of the first-floor area of the principal structure, whichever is more restrictive.
