Hanson <br />There are currently two lots of record held by the City of Little Canada acquired through <br />tax forfeiture for drainage purposes that are currently zoned within the Light Industrial <br />District "I-1". This property could not be sold in the future with the Public Works Garage <br />as the land must be used for it designated purpose given that the property was acquired <br />through a tax forfeiture proceeding and the title is restricted to its intended use. <br />This parcel is surrounded by the following uses: <br />North Public Works Garage /Public Use <br />South Industrial District /Industrial Use <br />East Industrial-Park District /Residential Use <br />West Interstate 35E <br />My recommendation is that we rezone these two land parcels, Pin# 06-29-22-11-0002-1 <br />and Pin# 06-29-22-11-0014-4, to the Public (P) District designation because they are <br />owned and maintained by the City of Little Canada. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
