Hanson <br />The applicants, Mr. Carl Costanzo & Mr. Pat Peterson, have applied for a conditional use <br />permit (CUP) for open and outdoor storage of equipment (roofing equipment) and <br />materials (roofing and electrical supplies) as an accessory use in the side yards, at 3151 <br />Country Drive, in Ryan Industrial Park. <br />The applicant indicates that there are two (2) business units located in the building with a <br />total of (?) employees. <br />Site and surrounding areas <br />This property is a corner lot located on a 1.01 acre parcel on the northwest corner of <br />Country and Ryan Drive. The property is zoned "PUD" Planned Unit Development with an <br />underlying Industrial use. The purpose of the PUD zoning district is to provide for the <br />integration and coordination of land parcels as well as the combinations of varying types of <br />residential, commercial and industrial uses. <br />The principal uses within the principal building are is office and the accessory building is <br />used for warehouse/storage.
