Hanson <br />The applicant, Elfering Bros. & Nancy Ryan, have applied for a conditional use permit <br />(CUP) for open and outdoor storage of materials (lumber and building materials) and <br />equipment (flatbed trailer) as an accessory use in the side and rear yard, at 180 Ryan <br />Drive, in Ryan Industrial Park. <br />The applicants indicate that there is one business (Elfering Bros. Construction Inc.) located <br />in the building with a total of seven (3) - (4) employees. <br />Site and surrounding areas <br />This property is a corner lot located on a .63 acre parcel on the south side of Ryan Drive & <br />Spruce Street. The property is zoned "I-1" Light Industrial.
