Hanson <br />As per our phone discussion, on November 30, 1999, I am forwarding you a copy of my <br />September 14, 1999, memo regarding property code violations at 3161-67 Spruce <br />Street. I am also forwarding the letter submitted by Lori Peterson in conjunction with the <br />Conditional Use Permit application for exterior storage that references the property code <br />violations and unauthorized exterior storage removal. <br />I am requesting that you submit a letter to the City of Little Canada in support of the <br />letter submitted by Lori Peterson, outlining your plan to remove the unauthorized <br />exterior storage materials and equipment (see list below) from the property at 3161-67 <br />Spruce Street. The unauthorized exterior storage materials and equipment must be <br />removed by December 31, 1999. Please also address other property code violations <br />listed in my memo in your correspondence. <br />Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact me. Please submit the <br />requested letter as soon as possible as the Planning Commission agenda deadline is <br />Friday, December 3, 1999 at Noon and I would like to include this in the packet <br />List of Unauthorized Materials and Equipment <br />• Four 55 gallon drums (barrels) <br />• Numerous tires -appears to be buried in dirt mound <br />• 100-150 gallon fuel tank <br />• 15-20 yards of timber <br />• 15-20 cement /steel poles <br />• 1 boat and trailer <br />• 1 camper <br />• 1 sand truck <br />• Steel sewer lines /piping <br />• 4 unlicensed vehicles <br />Page 84 <br />
