2/26/2024

City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Road East
Little Canada, MN 55117-1600

Dear Heidi,

We are excited to design fireworks programs again for the City of Little Canada on August 2 nd,
and August 3rd, 2024.

We will be incorporating the following segments into your show: Opening Barrage, Main Show
Body, Select Patriotic Shell, Signature Pattern Shell, Multiple Effects Barrage Cake, and Grand
Finale. Our show design uses piled, stacked and multi-break shells. Our displays are
electronically fired for added safety.

The total cost will be $19,000. ($9,500 per show) and this includes all materials, equipment,
certified display operators, necessary permits, and $5 million liability insurance.

Understanding your vision is important to us. That’s why we listen to your needs and
expectations so we can create the kind of show that you’ve imagined. We deliver what we say
we will, making sure you are satisfied.

Our displays are a turnkey operation and are coordinated with your event. We’ve always put
safety as a priority when it comes to putting on displays. The lead operator will be in constant
communication with the crew, local Fire Department, and event staff to ensure the shoot is safe
and secure. To continue our commitment to safety, we’ve added a Compliance and Safety
Officer to our company to stay current on the ever-changing safety requirements at the state
and local level.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Sincerely,

Cory Stinar
Director of Services
RES Pyro
