The property in question <br />lies Korth of Savage Lane and south of Savage Lake (see Exhibit <br />A). The existing lot currently measures 285' x 186' in size. <br />Under the proposed lot split, one lot containing a single family <br />_ residence would measure 186' x 146', while the other undeveloped <br />parcel lying to the east would measure 186' x 145'.
