STAFF REPORT <br />TO: Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Corrin Wendell, AICP, Community Development Director <br />DATE: April 24, 2024 <br />RE: Minor Subdivision/Lot Line Adjustment – 3010 Vanderbie Street <br />Case #1429 <br />ACTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED <br />To consider approval of a Minor Subdivision, Lot Line Adjustment located at 3010 Vanderbie <br />Street for Parcel ID Number: 05-29-22-21-0019. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City has received a Minor Subdivision application, requesting approval for a minor <br />subdivision to adjust the property line for a parcel on Vanderbie Street for Parcel ID Number: <br />05-29-22-21-0019 to split the parcel into two properties as shown in the Certificate of Survey. <br />This site has historically been a large lot residential site and is adjacent to the Pioneer Commons <br />new town home development.
