<br />Highlights: <br /> Permits are trending higher in the 1st quarter of 2024 at 30.12% of total budgeted <br />revenues when compared to 2023 at 16.03% of budgeted revenues. These types of <br />revenues can fluctuate based on timing of projects and volume. Weather can also <br />play a significant role especially when considering permits for roofing and siding. <br />Q1 of 2024 includes approximately $25k more building permits.
