This can help mitigate legal risks and liabilities associated with inadequate <br />enforcement of property maintenance standards. <br />Next Steps: <br />If approved, the proposed update will be incorporated into the City Code, and efforts will be made <br />to educate stakeholders about the new requirements and enforcement procedures.
