<br />2 <br /> <br />City staff recommends making an application to the FY ’25 Congressionally Directed Funding <br />programs through the offices of Senator Amy Klobuchar, Senator Tina Smith, and Representative <br />Betty McCollum. <br /> <br /> <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS <br />Funding for development of this project, including grant applications, was included in the 2023-2032 <br />Capital Improvement Plan (PW-13). <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council pass Resolutions 2023-4-52, authorizing staff to submit <br />Fiscal Year ’25 Congressionally Directed Funding applications for the Little Canada Road and <br />Country Drive Intersection Improvement Project. <br />
