I hereby further certify that: (a) the Borrower has expended $10,000,000 of equity (not allocable to the Capital Campaign Pledges) to the Project, (b) the amount of Capital Campaign Pledges on deposit in the Capital Campaign Account exceeds the amount of this Disbursement Request, and (c) the Borrower has paid, in cash, at least an amount such that all remaining unpaid Project Costs necessary to complete the Project do not exceed the amount of funds available to be advanced by the Lender. Capitalized terms used in this requisition and certificate and not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Loan Agreement. The following paragraph is to be completed when any requisition and certificate includes any item for payment for labor or to contractors, builders or materialmen.
