MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MAY 7, 2009 <br />to a roof until he has cost information. Knudsen felt there was room to <br />work with the setback issue provided that the trash enclosure has a roof, a <br />gate, and matches the exterior of the existing building. Duray agreed. <br />Knudsen recommended action on the PUD Amendment relative to trash <br />enclosure on the north side of the Temo Sumooms building be tabled until <br />the June Planning Commission meeting to give the applicant additional <br />time to present architectural drawings of the structure, with the indication <br />that the Commission would be willing to compromise setback issue <br />provided that other recommendations of the City Planner are complied <br />with, and recommending that the City Council table action on the Temo <br />Sunrooms PUD revocation to the June meeting cycle so that both issues <br />will be considered concurrently. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />ADJOURN Duray recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Pechmann. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />City Clerk <br />-6- <br />
