Public hearing notice letters were sent to addresses within 350 feet of <br />the parcel as well as to the Pioneer Press for publication. <br /> <br />Planning Commission: <br />At their January meeting, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Major <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />To consider approval of a Major Subdivision located at 2395 Edgerton Street to subdivide the lot <br />into four parcels. <br /> <br />
