We have partnered with the City since 2021 to understand the <br />project need, engage the community, identify a feasible project concept, and secure grant funding for construction. This <br />project now moves from the preliminary scoping and concepting phase to the preliminary and final design phase. As such, <br />we have prepared a proposal and scope of work that outlines all key deliverables to bring this project through bidding in <br />late 2025 and early 2026. This is a significant and vital project for the City of Little Canada and its residents and <br />businesses. Our work plan emphasizes transparency, community engagement, thoughtful design, and a high level of <br />service. <br /> <br />Our proposed fee for this phase of the project is $1,048,381 and is based upon 4,593 proposed hours of Bolton & Menk <br />labor plus $261,800 of subconsultant costs plus $50,000 in project delivery contingency.
