Little Canada Road Improvements | City of Little Canada 3 <br />Key Staff Members <br />Eric Seaburg, PE <br />Principal Engineer & Overall Responsible Party <br />Eric has extensive experience delivering infrastructure <br />projects similar in nature to the proposed Little Canada <br />Road Improvements Project. Eric will provide quality <br />control on key deliverables, monitoring of the project <br />schedule and potential project risks, and provide direction <br />to the project team as necessary to achieve overall project <br />success. <br />Beth Engum, PE <br />Senior Project Manager <br />Beth has extensive experience delivering transportation <br />projects within Ramsey County as well as across the <br />Minneapolis / St. Paul metropolitan area. Beth will <br />manage the traffic, geometry, and stakeholder <br />coordination components of the project while also being a <br />key contributor to environmental review and public <br />engagement. <br />Sonya Henning, PE | Henning Professional Services <br />Land Acquisition Lead <br />Sonya will oversee a team of experienced professionals <br />that specialize in land acquisition support. With over 20 <br />years of experience providing acquisition support on <br />similar projects she will bring vital experience to the <br />project team. Her team also includes a certified real estate <br />appraiser and appraisal reviewer. <br />Amy Grothaus, PE | Braun Intertec <br />Geotechnical and Phase 1 ESA Lead <br />Amy will lead the geotechnical investigation team and will <br />help determine the suitability of existing soil, pavement <br />recycling, and will help inform the final pavement design. <br />She will oversee a team of technicians that will utilize drill <br />rig and coring equipment, coupled with ground <br />penetrating radar, to determine in-place pavement <br />conditions. Her team will also lead a component of the <br />environmental review of the project, a Modified Corridor <br />Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). <br /> <br />Project Schedule <br />The scope of work outlined in this Proposal can begin <br />immediately upon contract authorization. Enclosed is a <br />detailed bar chart schedule illustrating the key elements of <br />the preliminary design process, but also giving <br />consideration to final design and construction timing <br />implications. The preliminary design phase of the project is <br />intended to conclude by the end of 2024 so that 2025 can <br />be utilized for the final design and land acquisition phases <br />of the project, with construction of public improvements <br />needing to occur in 2026. Coordination with Ramsey <br />County’s 2026 County Road C improvements, as well as <br />with MnDOT’s 2026/2027 signal replacements at the I-35E <br />interchange are vital to the project schedule and overall <br />construction success.
