<br />Highlights: <br /> Permits revenues are comparable in the 2nd quarter of 2024 at 81.17 % of total <br />budgeted revenues when compared to 2023 at 79.88 % of budgeted revenues. These <br />types of revenues can fluctuate based on timing of projects and volume. Weather <br />can also play a significant role especially when considering permits for roofing and <br />siding. If we consider the number of permits 2023 was an exceptional year due to <br />increase in permits due last year’s fall weather that caused a lot of damage to roofs <br />and siding. In 2024 a couple developments contributed to some of the larger permits <br />issued.
