She noted the school district would also still would benefit from <br />the tax capacity for their referendum value since that is not captured in the TIF. <br />Fischer asked about long-term plans for management and property maintenance. Mr. Keaton stated <br />that they will own the building for at least 30 years so they want to take care of it. He explained <br />that they hire a management company that has been doing a good job of enforcing lease rules and <br />maintaining their properties and buildings.
