MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 249 2024 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Workshop meeting of the City Council of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24th day of July, 2024 in the Conference Room of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />ROLL CALL: In attendance were Mayor Fischer, City Council Members T. Miller, Gutierrez, <br />Kwapick and D. Miller. Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Chris Heineman. <br />FINAL INTERVIEW FOR CITY ATTORNEY CIVIL SERVICES <br />The City Council conducted final interviews with two law firms, Kennedy & Graven and Levander, <br />Gillen & Miller, to conclude the request for proposal process for civil city attorney services. <br />There was Council consensus for the City Administrator to move forward with requesting a letter of <br />engagement from Levander, Gillen & Miller. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:29 p.m. <br />Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />v <br />Christophel HeinemNi, City Administrator <br />
