Apadana guarantees the minimum <br />output of the system shall be 85% of our production estimates for the duration of our O&M warranty. Our <br />guarantee excludes variables not within our control such as acts of mother nature, utility grid issues , <br />tampering or equipment delays. <br />Operations and Maintenance <br />Apadana will provide a comprehensive 1-year Operations and Maintenance (O&M) warranty on all <br />workmanship provided by Apadana and Apadana subcontract labor. For any issue that arises during the <br />maintenance period, Apadana will be responsible for fixing the problem. Most issues can be visibly seen on <br />the monitoring apps that all parties have access to. If equipment replacement is required and is within the <br />manufacturer’s warranty period, Apadana will arrange for the replacement. <br /> <br />Apadana provides copies of Operations and Maintenance manuals upon interconnection of the systems. They <br />include operational instructions, contacts for suppliers, warranty, service, equipment specification, etc. <br /> <br />Apadana has two on-staff engineers devoted to diagnosing any issues on systems, proactively scanning remote <br />system monitoring for any issues and fixing issues early. We monitor and service hundreds of our installations <br />around the country including Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.
