<br /> <br />Finally, the panelists provided a section on Recommended Next Actions including: <br />• Create Station Area/Small-Area Plan for the Town Center <br />• Develop design standards for Rice Street and Little Canada Road <br />• Develop a Small-Area Plan for the 2828 Condit Site <br /> <br />STRATEGIC PLAN: <br />The current 2022 Strategic Plan has over 80% of action items with measurable completion, <br />including the completion of the ULI TAP process itself. <br /> <br />The findings in the report touch on several strategic plan action items currently in progress: <br />• Community culture campaign <br />o Design and/or implementation of wayfinding, signage, street furniture, or other <br />public realm enhancements along the Rice Street Corridor as part of the Critical <br />Corridors Grant <br />• Complete concept plan for Little Canada Road and I-35 intersection <br />• Review & redefine EDA scope <br />• Develop small area concept plans (presentation of ULI report to City Council will <br />complete this item in full) <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the City Council accept the Little Canada Rice Street Corridor Urban Land <br />Institute (ULI) Technical Assistance Panel Report (See Attachment A). <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />• Attachment A: Little Canada Rice Street Corridor Urban Land Institute (ULI) Technical <br />Assistance Panel Report <br /> <br /> <br />
