GAUL
Principal
J. GREGORY HELLIE
Assistant Principal
DR. NANCY DETJEN
Assistant Principal
At Kellogg High School this fall we are becomming increasingly concerned
about th.e amount of traffic in control substances and the consumption,
in particular, of marijuana in the cars parked on the south side of
County Road B-2 along the school property and in the woods just south of
the road.
In addition, we are experiencing increased truancy during the school day
by those students who park along B--2; therefore, I would like to request
the Little Canada City Council and the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners
to establish a "No Parking" ban on the south side of County Road B-2 from the
tennis courts to the railroad tracks from 7:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
I have discussed this action with Sheriff Barnes of the Juvenille Division
of the Ramsey County Sheriffs Office and he concurs with my request.
Your prompt attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
'—)IJV4-14
Milo F.
