MINUTES OF ACTION OF TRUSTEES <br />OF <br />LITTLE CANADA FIREMEN'S RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br />The undersigned, being all of the members of t!ie Board <br />of Trustees of Little Canada Firemen's Relief Association, a <br />Minnesota non-profit corporation, acting together as the <br />Board of Trustees, do hereby adopt the following resolution <br />effective on December 1, 1976: <br />RESOLVED, that Article 9 of the Amendod By -Laws of <br />the Little Canada Firemen's Relief Association <br />dated February 5, 1975 be amended to provide as <br />follows: <br />"Article 9. <br />SERVICE AND DISABILITY PENSIONS <br />9.1) Service Pensions <br />1. Benefits. Within one year of applica- <br />tion, if the application is approved, a retired <br />member shall receive a lump sum service pension <br />payment equal to $400.00 for each year of service. <br />2. Retired Members_. Changes in benefits <br />or increases in pensions will not be made retro- <br />active to members who have retired prior to their <br />adoption. <br />9.2) Disability Pensions. After 26 weeks of a <br />disability and upon submission of proof from a <br />reliable physician, that said disability is perma- <br />nent, and upon approval by the Board of Trustees, <br />of an application for disability pension, a <br />member shall receive a lump sum payment equal to <br />the greater of $500 and his accrued service <br />pension as determined under 9.1 hereof. <br />9.3) Retired Members - Retired members shall <br />not retain their voting rights in the Association <br />' s e- h A. i� a t r.�_> . 7 PIS <br />
