ENCROACHMENT LICENSE AGREEMENT, Made this ,-� day of ��t.z ", 1976 by and between RAUENHORST CORPORATION,' a Minnesota corporation (herein- after called "Rauenhorst") and the CITY OF LITITE CANADA, a Minnesota Municipal corporation (hereinafter called "City") : WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained to be kept and performed, City and Izauenhorst hereby agree that: 1. City does hereby grant u-nto Rauenhorst, its successors and assigns, a License to encroach upon and to occupy and to u-se, in the manner hereinafter speca.fied, a portion of the following described property located in Ramsey Countv, Minnesota over which City has a drainage and utility easement as shown on the plat. of Rauenhorst ?:�t 1*w� Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, to -wit: Lot 4, Block 1, Rauenhorst is t Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof can file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. 2.
