G. Dunn, Jr. on <br />Arcade Street just north of Keller Parkway being the above <br />referenced parcel numbers. You informed me that the City of <br />Little Canada received an estimate.from a contractor to remove <br />the buildings for the sum of $900 and gave us until May 12, 1976 <br />to remove the structures or the work would be done by the City <br />of Little Canada and the $900 cost would be assessed against the <br />property: <br />You are hereby authorized to have these buildings removed for the <br />sum of $900 and the cost thereof assessed against the captioned <br />parcels of land. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
