May 12, 1976 City of Little Canada Ramsey County, Minnesota Att'n: Mayor Donald Valento and Councilmen Gentlemen: I wish to obtain permission to make the following changes in Lots 26 and 27 of Auditor's Subdivision ao. 43 and Plat 03700 (di- viding into three (3) lots) as follows: PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Auditor's Subdivis io:i No. 43 of the South 341 feet of Lot 26. 1. The North 130 feet of the South 341 feet of Lot 26 (my dwelling now on this piece, known as 2666 Edgerton). 2. The North 90 feet of the South 211 feet of Lot 26. 3. The South 121 feet of Lot 26. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Auditor's Subdivision No. 43 of the South 359 feet of Lot 27 (Lake Shore). 1 (A) The North 115 feet of the South 359 feet of Lot 27. 2 (A) The North 90 feet of the South 244 feet of Lot 26. 3 (A) The South 154 feet of Lot 26. It would be my intention tcl have .lots 1 and 1(A) combined into .one (1) parcel of land. The same for lots 2 and 2)(r: and 3 and 3 (A). This would then show the properties with the Lake Shore lot running parallel with the building lot as closely as possible. There may be slight changes in final property lines, when survey is completed, to comply with the natural line of shrubbery and trees - but there should not be over 10 feet difference from the above proposal. I would also like an opinion at this time as to "variances-" which might be granted in set back lines with reference to Lots two (2) and three (3). If variance not possible in these Lots -:mot would make the dwellings which might be built on these Lots unattractive and undesirable to the area in keeping the area attractive and an asset to the City of Little Canada. This would be especially true in the case of Lot three (3). Your decision and suggestions as Co the above matters would be appreciated. Wish to express my thanks, for your tiYue and consideration.
