St. Cloud, Minnesota smi 251.7751 314 oak St. Sauk Centre, Minnesota suis 352464 Sept. 20, 1977 Barbara Seifred has written the City Council and requested that her property at 3298 Twin Lake Road be divided so that three building lots will result from this division. She is requesting a variance due to hardship imposed by easement acquisition. The above property lies on the northeast corner of Twin Lake ,"we Road and Lindquist Road. -The County Plat Book shows that Twin Lake Road has a 66 foot wide right-of-way - 33 feet on each side of the centerline. This right-of-way was obtained some time ago and I could not find the date of acquisition. Twin Lake Road exists on the west side of the Seifred property. Lindquist Road exists on the south side of the Seifred property, and originally it was one rod wide (16 1/2 feet) - 8.25 feet from the property on the north and 8.25 feet fromth20property on 5 feet was south. In 1969 an additional road easement o purchased from the property owners on the north side of Lindquist Road so the road right-of-way is now 36.75 feet. For purposes of computing lot area and lot frontage, the road ri ht-of-way is not included in these computations. Thereforesing the three lots as proposed by g Barbara Seifred would have the fol lot frontages and lot areas: Corner lot on west side ofproperty - 82 feet frontage and 1 • 8938 sq. ft. area 2.
