DR. MARK W. HOLMES, D.D.S., P.A.
DENTIST
October 6, 1977
City of Little Canada Planning CornUssion
City of Little Canada City Council
Gentlemen:
For the purpose of constructing a new dental building, I respectfully request
that that portion of Round Lake Addition #2, lying north of County Road C. be
rezoned from R-1 (residential) to B-1 (limited business).
It is my intent to have constructed a well -designed, attractive professional
building intended for the use of the practice of dentistry. Initially it is
planned that the building will house facilities for the use of two dentists and
approximately four other employees. The normal operational hours will be eight
o'clock in the morning to six o'clock in the evening, Monday through Friday.
This building will cover approximately 2000 square feet of land and will have a
parking area for about 12 automobiles.
./ In the event that this community show increasing health care needs in the future,
this professional building could be expanded to house larger dental and other
health care facilities.
The entrance/exit driveway to the building would be directly from County Road C.
The needed utilities of electricity, gas and water are already adjacent to County
Road C and could easily be connected, to the best of my knowledge. Sewer is present
but not presently functional; this would have to be made operational.
Because I feel that such a professional building would be an asset to the commu-
nity and the City of Little Canada, I request that this property be rezoned and
all necessary planning accomplished for such construction.
1265 Respectfully,
CLERK'S EXHIBIT NO.
MEETING 10-12-77
Nark W. Holmes, DDS
.z,
2750 LAKE SHORE AVENUE (AT LITTLE CANADA ROAD. 1 BLOCK WEST OF HWY. 3SE) ST. PAUL. MINNESOTA 55117
TELEPHONE 484-7725
