Or the <br />City Council may require the developer to donate an amount of <br />cash equal to 10% of the fair market value of the undeveloped land. <br />If the City Council chooses to accept a land dedication, <br />approximately 3 acres of land will be required and Art Ryan has <br />sketched approximately this amount on his property sketch. <br />When the building permit is requested, a contour map will <br />have to be presented and the pondi.ng area defined as to size, depth <br />and overflow pipe. <br />JJK:bj <br />Yours truly, <br />MILNER W.
