St. Paul, Minnesota 55117 <br />St. Paul, MN 55155 <br />In reply refer to: 360 <br />Notice of Release of Portions of <br />Trunk Highways Nos. 35E and 694 ( Frontage Roads) <br />Release No. 127 <br />Phone <br />Dear Mr. Chlebeck: <br />Attached is a Notice of Release of portions of Trunk Highways Nos. 35E and 694. <br />This will -be effective April 1, 1977, and the description reads as follows: <br />Beginning in the City of Little Canada at a point on the center line of a frontage <br />road (Country Drive), said point is located approximately 240 feet east and approx- <br />imately 370 feet south of the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the <br />southeast quarter of section 69 township 29 north, range 22 west; thence northerly <br />along the center line of said frontage road (lying along the westerly side of the <br />state highway right of way of Trunk Highway No. 35E) to a point.located approximately <br />500 feet north and approximately 185 feet east of the southwest -corner of the north- <br />east quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 6 and there terminating. <br />Beginning again -in the City of Little Canada at a point on the center line of a <br />frontage road (Country Drive), said point is located approximately 775 feet south <br />and approximately 880 feet west of the center of section 31, township 30 north, <br />range 22 west; thence northwesterly along the center line of said frontage road <br />(lying along the southwesterly side of the state highway right of way of Trunk <br />Highway No. 69 4) for approximately 750 feet to a point located approximately 320 <br />feet south and approximately 925 feet east of the west quarter corner of said <br />section 31 and there terminating. <br />The subject portions of road revert to the jurisdiction of the City of Little <br />Canada in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 161.16 and 161.24 (and <br />Acts amendatory thereto). <br />1074 MAR 1977 <br />CITI Of <br />An Equal Opportunity Employer WME CA,100A <br />
