Wicke, being first ditly s<<•orn, on oath says that he is and during all tines herein stated has been the publisher of the trade journal known as "Construc- tion Bulletin", and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: 1. Said journal is printed in the English language in magazine format. 2. Said journal is a weekly publication: and is distributed at least once each week. 3. Said journal has fifty percent (5001.) of its news columns devoted to building and construction news of interest to contractors in this state and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. 4. Said journal contains general and local news, shall contain building and construction news of interest to contractors, ainong whotrl it shall have a general circulation. 5. Said journal has a general circulation throughout the states among con- tractors witli at least fteenty-five hundred (2.500) copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers. 6. Said journal is circulated throughout the state of Minnesota as well as 'he states of North Dakota and South Dakota and has its known office of issue -the City of Minneapolis, County of Hennepin, established and open during its ar business hours for the gathering of neu►s, sale of advertisements, and sale *es*ubscriptions and maintained by the publisher and persons in his employ and subject to his direction and control during all regular business hours. 7. Said journal files a copy of each issue with the State Historical Society.
