We undergo the constant noise of -;eople ;waning their engines,
motorcycles, tearing around...swea ri.n.7 and yelling'up to and past the
l :30 A. t.. closinT of the Cb.aret .
4) Patrons of the Cabaret park their cars with the front wheels on/or
over our hedge and sometimes into .our yard...tossing out their litter
before the; leave. We have no privacy as the cars in that position
overlook the mobile home ... the hedge is smashedg.the sod is torn up
and tfie arbage has to be picked up continually.
Those complaints of a specific nature include the following ite!is:
1) Beer cans have been deliberately thrown at and have hit our home.
} A wrench sheered off a branch of our tree rather than hitting our
home, and was found, along with exhaust pipes and an occ.a'sional muffler..
3) The portion of the lawn wdti ch j?zts out near the entrance to the
court is bein`; driven over and torn up...endangering any cars parked in
front of the owners homes.

T'T
CLERK'S EXIN0. 1
t!TING-4-27-77
