At that time both Mr. <br />Sculley and I appeared before the City Council . My interest at that time was that the <br />land that I was purchasing was swamp and there was no need for any road and the <br />council so approved. The purpose of this letter now is to ask that the City of <br />Little Canada, vacate the South 33 ft. from the end of the cub -du -sac on Beam Ave. <br />which runs in an eastward directions for about 120 ft. . The reason being, that I <br />own this parcel of land and I do have access to my own property and there is no <br />need for the 33 ft. road. easement. At the time of my purchasing the one and a half <br />acres from Mr. Sculley the council so indicated that if I applied in writing for this <br />removal that it could be done. My delay in writing to you is simply that I did not <br />get around to it - before now.
