The system
consists of an open ditch along the south side of Demont with culverts at two
residential entrances and one pedestrian crossing.
The two entrance culverts, (at 20 and 78 Demont) have inadequate
capacity for both present and fixture stormwater flows. Development of an
additional three acres of the mobile home park will slightly increase flows
through the system, but should not greatly aggravate overflow problems.
To provide adequate capacity, the present corrugated metal culverts
should be replaced with larger concrete arch culverts. As much as possible,
replacement costs should be shared according to runoff contribution.
pxzgvg
JUL 6 1977
Very truly yours,
V
Daniel G.
