Johnson being duly sworn on oath says he is and during all the <br />times herein stated has been publisher and printer of the newspaper known as <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON The Vadnais Heights/Little Canada Press and has full knowledge of the facts <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language <br />Improvements 74-7, 74-8, 75-4. 75-8, 78-5, 78-8 in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed <br />Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the space to at least 900 square inches.
