Chleback <br />Clerk <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Re: Request for Vacation of Drainage and Utility <br />Easements <br />Dear Mr. Chleback: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Rauenhorst 1st Addition, has previously <br />been administratively subdivided into two separate parcels <br />lying either side of a line drawn parallel with and 100 <br />feet Westerly of the East line of Lot 1 (as measured at <br />right angles to the East line). Parcel A, which lies <br />Easterly of this line, has been conveyed to Mr. Donald <br />R. Herrick. Parcel B, which lies Westerly of this line, <br />is owned by Rauenhorst Corporation and is in the process <br />of being sold to Vincent Brass & Aluminum Co. <br />Vincent Brass & Aluminum Co. is presently the owner <br />of Lot 2, Block 1, Rauenhorst 1st Addition, which is <br />located to the South of Lot 1. It is the intention of <br />Vincent Brass & Aluminum Co. to integrate Parcel B of <br />Lot 1 with Lot 2 and to occupy the combined Parcel as a <br />single tract of land. Consequently, we request your <br />cooperation in presenting our request to the Council of <br />the City of Little Canada to vacate the drainage and <br />utility easement dedicated on the plat of Rauenhorst <br />1st Addition, that lies within the Southerly 25 feet of <br />Parcel B. <br />A copy of a survey of Lot 1 prepared for Rauenhorst <br />Corporation by Harry S. Johnson Companies, Inc. is enclosed <br />for the reference and information of the members of the <br />City Council.
