Broken bituminous will be cut out and patched. <br />2. A seal coat using chipped aggregate will be spread over the <br />entire street. <br />3. Mr. Arrigoni will provide the City with a letter of credit <br />in the amount of $5,000.00 to cover the cost of said seal <br />coat. <br />4. Each house builder or homeowner will deposit $1,000.00 <br />which will be returned upon completion of lot grading, boulevard <br />grading and street cleanup to the satisfaction of the City. <br />With these provisions, we would recommend that building permits <br />be issued. <br />In addition, the builders should be forewarned that this <br />street will be posted on March 15 for a three ton load with no <br />exceptions. <br />Yours truly, <br />MILNEft'}W.
