J . If the Council's decision coincides with that of the Planning Commission or <br />at the next meeting following the Commission's reconsideration of the request <br />the Council shall take final action on the matter. The City Council's decision <br />will be made within sixty (60) days following the meeting date at which the <br />request was first received by the Council . <br />K.
