This money can only be used on approved work on State Aid <br />Streets. The State Aid Streets in Little Canada are as follows: <br />1. <br />Country Drive - Rice Street to Little Canada Road <br />2. <br />South Owasso <br />Blvd. - Rice <br />Street to Country Drive <br />3. <br />Centerville <br />Road - Little <br />Canada Road to Labore Road <br />4. <br />Labore Road <br />- Centerville <br />Road to Edgerton St. <br />5. <br />Noel Drive - <br />Little Canada <br />Road to-Labore Road <br />Watermains will be constructed on Labore Road and Noel Drive <br />in 1978, so no State Aid Project is recommended here for 1978. <br />Centerville Road is a County Road in addition to being a <br />State Aid Street so I would not recommend spending your State Aid <br />money on this road until your other State Aid Streets are improved. <br />Country Drive will be dug up in 1978 for installation of <br />the Metro Sewer between Spruce Street and Rice Street. Country <br />Drive between Spruce St. and the Burlington Northern Railroad <br />was improved in 1977. <br />Although the pavement on Country Drive will not be torn up between <br />South Owasso Blvd, and Little Canada Road, a watermain will be <br />installed along the west shoulder in 1978 so I would not recommend <br />improving this section of road in 1978. <br />Therefore, it is my recommendation that a State Aid Street <br />project be initiated in 1978 on either of the following two streets: <br />1. Country Drive from the Burlington Northern RR to Little Canada Road <br />2. South Owasso Blvd. from Rice Street to Country Drive <br />CLERK'S EXHIBIT NO 62 <br />MEETING-3-8-78- <br />
