The undersi ned, having familiarized (himself) (herself) (themselves with the local conditions affecting the cost of the work and with the Specifications (including Invitation to Bid, instructions to Bidders, this Bid, the form of Bid Bond, the form of Contract, and the form of Performance and Payment Bond, the Special Conditions, the Technical Specifications and the Drawings) and Addenda, if any thereto numbered as prepared by and on file in the office of the City of Little Canada, I-Annesota, hereby proposes to furnish ALL labor, materials, equipment, and services required to construct the amphitheater all in accordance therewith for the lump sum bid of 100 Dollars 2.
