The plans and cost <br />estimate should be complete within six weeks. <br />At the May 9 County Board Environmental and Engineering Committee <br />meeting, the proposed Kohlman Lake Ponding area was discussed. <br />The Committee recommended that the County Board authorize the <br />acquisition of the pond through the Ramsey County Open Space <br />program.
