August 16, 1978 <br />Mayor and City Council <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 East Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Dear Mayor and Councilmen: <br />I hereby request the City Council to permit me to place a <br />mobile home on my property on LaBore Road. This property <br />is located between County Road D and Arcade Street (actually <br />between 3001 and 2981 LaBore Road). The property is approx- <br />imately 160' x 600' deep. I cannot afford to build a house, <br />but do feel I can afford to place a mobile home on this prop- <br />erty which I have owned for many, many years. <br />I am 81 years old and would like to spend my remaining days <br />near my old homestead.
