Get a <br />jump start on spring and enjoy a scenic run <br />around beautiful Lake Gervais in Little Canada. <br />All participants will receive a t-shirt, goodie bag, <br />and chances to win exciting prizes. Each <br />finisher will get a 5K Sap Run medal. <br />Age category winners will also receive an <br />exclusive 2024 Sap Run quarter zip!
